How to Set Up Your Framework IT VoIP Account
All Framework UCaaS VoIP system users have access to the Framework VoIP portal as well as the ReachUC mobile application. To access these features, you must first set up your account. This how-to will walk you through creating your account to get started.
In order to get started, you’ll need to reference the welcome email you received from our team from Voicemail@FrameworkIT.com. Keep an eye on your junk or spam folders if you don’t see the email right away. If you don’t receive one, connect with our support team at phone@frameworkIT.com to request a new welcome email.
The welcome email will contain the following useful information:
- Your login name – Please note this name. All login names follow the convention of ExtNumber@SystemName.
- In the example below the login for Mark Trainer is 520@FrameworkIT
- Your extension number
- Your direct phone number (if applicable)
- A link to complete your account setup.
Please note that links are valid for 24 hours. If you do not complete the account setup within 24 hours of receiving the welcome email, please contact support to request a new email.
You will be directed to a web page to set your password. This will be the same password that you will use for the mobile app.
You will also be asked to set a 4-digit (or more) PIN code for your voicemail box. Repeated or sequential digits are not allowed. (I.e. 1111, 1234, 4321, etc.)
Once you set your password and PIN, you will be directed to the user portal. You may close your browser at this time if you like. The user portal allows you web access to your phone account including voicemails and call logs.
The VoIP portal can be accessed by going to https://voice.frameworkit.com/portal/
