How to Use Voicemail on the Framework IT Hosted VoIP Platform

Framework IT Hosted VoIP customers can connect to their voicemails by following the following instructions. You are able to access Framework IT Hosted VoIP voicemail even when not at your primary device. 

From your PBX device, press the voicemail icon on the phone or dial and enter your pin when prompted. 


Alternatively, you can access voicemail by dialing the following extensions and following the prompts as indicated.

Dial 5000 from any extension on the PBX (User will be prompted for their extension number and password).

Dial 5001 from the extension of the User checking Voicemail (the user will only be prompted for a password).
