11 Partnership Guarantees

Framework IT provides 11 Partnership Guarantees that demonstrate our commitment to quality service and transparency:

  1. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee: Should you find any aspect of our service unsatisfactory, we commit to initiating corrective measures promptly to resolve your concerns in accordance with our Services Guide & Master Services Agreement and our service level expectations.
  2. 30-Day Money Back Guarantee: If the Client is dissatisfied with the services rendered within the initial 30-day period after the Commencement of Services, we will issue a full refund of the onboarding Phase 0: Managed Services & Cybersecurity Implementation and the first month's Managed IT Services fee. Furthermore, we will facilitate the transition to an alternative service provider.
  3. Try Us Before You Commit: The initial three-month period for Managed IT Services after the Commencement of Services, the Managed IT Services shall operate on a month-to-month basis for all new clients. During this initial three-month term, a written notice period of 60 days is required for termination. After this initial term, the agreed-upon contract term length will commence.
  4. IT Issue Reduction: By completing the entire Business Optimization Roadmap to fully align with the Business Optimization Framework, your staff will experience fewer IT issues. Measured by comparing the number of reactive issue tickets during the first 12 months of the agreement vs. the number received for 12 months following full alignment with the Business Optimization Framework, after a 3-month adjustment period.
  5. Responsible AI: We understand the uncertainty many organizations feel when incorporating AI and automation into their operations. That's why, as part of our core engagement, we commit to guiding your team through the responsible, secure, and human-first use of AI. While implementation of AI solutions is a separate Framework service, our standard engagement includes:
    • Proactive guidance about Responsible AI policies can support your organization's goals while promoting safe, secure use of AI solutions
    • Exploration of opportunities to leverage Large Language Models (LLMs/GenAI), Custom GPTs, and Agentic AI to drive efficiency and real productivity impact
    • We guarantee we will help you identify at least one real-world use-case for your business
  6. Commitment to Strategic Planning: We will ask you to schedule 2 Strategic Business Reviews per year, at minimum. If we fail to meet this, we will credit your account $500 at the end of the contract year.
  7. No Surprise Billing: You will never pay for any hourly or project invoices that were not pre-approved by an authorized client decision-maker.
  8. Information Privacy: We are committed to honoring our clients' preferences regarding the confidentiality of their proprietary business information. In alignment with our Privacy Policy we maintain the confidentiality of such information with the same degree of care as we do for our own confidential information, and we do not disclose it to third parties.
  9. 3rd Party Cybersecurity Monitoring To Ensure We Remain Secure: Framework IT retains a third-party Security Operations Center to conduct ongoing monitoring and assessment of our cybersecurity posture. This measure ensures the implementation of robust security protocols to safeguard the interests of our clientele.
  10. Service Phone Calls Always Answered By A Service Coordinator: We ensure your IT issues are dispatched appropriately, especially with the expertise of Service Coordinators. Our policy guarantees that all telephonic service inquiries via the Service Hotline (312-564-4888) will be directly received by a trained Service Coordinator, 8 AM to 5 PM Central Time, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
  11. Never Leave A Service Voicemail: When you call our Service Hotline (312-564-4888) Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM Central Time, excluding holidays, you will never have to leave a voicemail for a Service Coordinator. In the off chance that you do, we will provide you with a $25 credit on your next invoice. (Note: if you choose to leave a voicemail via our automated prompts, this does not apply)
